The bot doesn’t delete messages

It needs moderator rights: type /mod zylosbot in your Twitch chat, then press “Check again” in the dashboard. Moderators, VIPs and the streamer are never moderated.

The bot doesn’t answer commands

Check that the bot isn’t paused (Dashboard → Settings) and that the module of the command is on. Normal viewers have a short cooldown between uses.

YouTube: the bot doesn’t see my stream

The stream must be public or unlisted with live chat on. Press “Find my stream now” in the dashboard — it takes up to a minute.
