Privacy Policy

KravoxBot — Effective date: September 2026

1. Data collection and usage

KravoxBot is a Twitch and YouTube moderation and utility bot. It reads chat messages in real time strictly to apply the moderation filters you enable (such as spam, links, caps and zalgo protection) and to run commands and mini-games. Normal chat messages are not stored.

To show you what the bot did, we keep a short activity log in your dashboard: moderation actions together with the removed message and the author’s name, commands and timers. Log entries are deleted automatically after 30 days. For points, quotes and counters we store the viewer name and the value.

2. Authentication (OAuth)

When you connect KravoxBot to your channel, we use Twitch or Google OAuth tokens to verify that the channel is yours, to check that the bot is a moderator, to read your followers for !followage and to change your title and category when your moderators ask for it. These tokens are stored encrypted and are never shared with third parties. We never see your password.

3. Third-party services

KravoxBot follows the Twitch Developer Services Agreement.

The YouTube features use YouTube API Services. By using them you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service; Google’s handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. KravoxBot’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Use of Google user data & YouTube API

KravoxBot uses Google API Services (specifically YouTube Data API v3) to provide moderation and interactive features for YouTube live streams.
